With the increasing power demand, the competitive power market and solar energy faces many difficult challenges, including lack of uniform standards and regulations on design, operation, management and equipment for solar power projects. The development of this standard will help ministries and agencies for better management and require manufacturing units to produce and import solar panels to ensure quality to consumers according to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, DSED Project Manager who would highly emphasize in her presentation to support this technical assistance activity.
